The Fine Print
Refunds/Deposits
A $200 deposit per person is due at the time of reservation; acceptable forms of payment are check, credit card, or money order. The balance, payable by check or credit card is due 60 days prior to the start of your trip. For reservations made less than 60 days from the date of departure, payment is due in full at the time of reservation. If a situation arises that prevents you from enjoying your booked tour, you may simply transfer your tour to another date within a year of the trip you originally signed-up for. There is no fee for this transfer if you notify us within 60 or more days of departure. For transfers with less than 60 days notice, the cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellation By Us
Once booked, every effort will be made to ensure your Rolling Pub Crawl transpires. However, we reserve the right to cancel any trip, for any reason. In this unlikely event, you may transfer your trip to another date or receive a full refund of monies paid by you. In addition, if you decide to stick with us and take a different dated tour, we'll buy you an additional pint each evening of your tour and apologize profusely.
