Each tour package includes:

  • Lodging in a European style room (bathroom not en-suite) at each McMenamins lodging of your choice.
    - En-Suite bathrooms for an additional charge based on availability

TOUR PACKAGE INFORMATION

Tour prices are per person, and are the same if you are arriving alone or with others (no single surcharge). For non-couple guests sharing a room, all attempts will be made to secure a two-bed room; otherwise a rollaway bed will be provided. Guests will stow bikes in their own hotel room or in a secure storage area provided by the hotel, depending on location and participant choice. No refunds will be issued for amenities provided, but not used by guests.

Rider Responsibilities:
Excluded are items of a personal nature such as spa & massage services; shuttle to and from airport/car/hotel; gratuities to wait staff or tour guides; parts or service to repair your personal bicycles; room service charges; additional meals or beverages; or en-suite bathroom upgrades. Single guests who do not wish to share a room may purchase a single room upgrade (based on availability and price will vary by tour date & length of tour).

  • Participants are required to sign a waiver of liability before tour begins.

Please tell us in advance of any health or dietary concerns.

Transportation to Ride Start:

A van transport is available at each Sunday start. This transport will take you and your gear from Edgefield, in Troutdale to the Grand Lodge in Forest Grove. Details and times available upon registration.

Parking: Secure parking is available for tour riders at McMenamins Edgefield, Troutdale or Grand Lodge, Forest Grove, Oregon.

Bike Shipping, repairs & tune-ups: River City Bicycles, known for their outstanding service and exceptional value, is providing discounted rates to receive shipped bicycles and prepare them for riding. Please contact River City Bicycles and tell them you will be arriving to participate in the Rolling Pub Crawl.

Bringing Children:
We would be happy to provide an individualized price for folks who would like to bring their children on their vacation. Please contact our Ride Director, Rebecca Miller. She'll be happy to put together a package that suits your family's needs.

 Massage and spa treatments, the hiking tour of the Columbia River Gorge, the optional bicycling tour of the Columbia River Gorge, and ideas for extending your Pacific Northwest vacation are available.
